The restaurant of Chalet of Lanza has an original cooking philosophy, a little menu, local product, home made and small savoury surprises, food lovers will be satisfied. Original desserts, as chocolate shells and other home made pastries which will delight gourmas.

We propose you a traditional cooking of quality, the gourmas menus are mainly made of fresh and season product, from Queyras and Hautes Alpes (cheese, meet, charcuterie, salade, potatoes, fruit juice…)
A small but varied menu made of local product and home-made specialties, which evolve with the seasons . A small, well constructed card, home made cooking, and tasty surprises .
We prepare for the half board, a full menu : starter, main dish, cheese or dessert.
We adapt to vegetarian diets, allergies…
In winter, the restaurant is not open at lunchtime.

Should be order the night before (before 6 pm) : mixed salad, mountain charcuterie , cheese from Queyras, bread, fruit , home made cake)
Breakfast is served as a buffet, varied breakfast made of local product (hot drink, local fruit juice, cereals, bread, artisanal jam, compote, yogourt or white cheese, charcuterie, cheese from Queyras, pastries or home made cake …)
Adult Breakfast : 10 € / person.
Children Breakfast : 6 € / chil until 11.
Served : from 7.30 am until 9.30 am in summer / from 8.00 am until 10.00 am in winter
Each floor has its own space
If several rooms have a balcony, visitors can also go and relax on our pleasant flowered terrace in summer,or spend some time at the bar/tea room .
The hotel has a friendly lounge on the 3rd floor under the roof(cosy atmosphere), from where you will have a 240° view on the surrounding mountains : to read, chat, play board games, or rest.
